چکیده

The axial flow screw-type oil-gas multiphase pump is mainly applied to oil and gas transport in the deep sea. In process of transporting medium, volume fraction (GVF) on phase changes from time-to-time, resulting performance being greatly influenced by phase. This paper presents a detailed analysis gas-phase distribution law vortex passages within means numerical calculations, supplemented experimental verification. results show that concentrated diffuser at different GVFs, gathering becomes more significant with increase GVF. increases gradually rim hub, is, degree increases. maximum area near hub inlet middle blade height outlet diffuser. impeller relatively stable under while there large backflow phenomenon between tip clearance impeller. fluctuates than because squeezed liquid violently. research can provide theoretical guidance for optimal design blades.
